This picture is apparently used to test the level of stress a person can handle. The slower the picture moves, the better your ability of handling stress. Criminals that were tested see the blue dots spinning around madly; however, senior citizens and kids see them standing still. This image is not animated - it is perfectly still! Crazinesss!!!!!!!
