How freakin' cute is this little bunny!!!! He's a "Lionhead" wabbit from the UK. They're so small they can fit in the palm of your hand!!! (well I don't know that for sure because this little guy is only a baby, so he probably gets bigger.) If he was "mines" I would name him Mr. Bunny-Jedi-Ferocious!!!!!

Shame On You Mizzz Winfrey!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay did anyone catch the Oprah with James Frey the author of "A Million Little Pieces" (it's about drug and alcohol addiction and his susequent recovery)? It was horrible!!!! Now I'm not an Oprah lover or hater but she was horrible to James on that show. She completetly pulled her weight around !!!!!! I was soooo not impressed! Okay fine he lied and embellished some of what happend and she was felt "duped" but c'mon did she have to bring him on national television only to talk down, and belittle him!!!!!!! It was so uncomfortable to watch him sheepishly sitting there having the "mighty-queen-of-daytime-talk-shows" wave her finger in his face and go on about how she belived him and backed him. PLEASE!!!! She was the one who initially called to defend him on Larry King Live, saying the facts weren't important but the underlining story was.
Oprah didin't have to be so mean about the whole thing. Yes he lied and she backed him then recanted. Stupid thing is I think all this publicity will only help him as I'm sure every Tom, Dick Harry and Mary-Jane will run out and buy the book. Then again maybe no one will care!

Genet you are my soooper star and you are so right I should post way more often. It's just that as of late I've had nothing interesting to write about. So I wait until I'm inspired.....

Up to about a minute ago I was seriously thinking about buying or adopting a cat. But now..... well I don't know how I feel anymore by this. I mean I really feel for her and she's so small and everything but I'll keep it real folks .... I AM VERY DISTURBED.

I'm not sure what to say..... It's been a long while since I have posted. Crazy things have happend in my life but I feel amazing !!!!!!! Long gone are the days of boring unsatisfactory jobs. Here to stay are days filled with promise and better jobs!!!! Yeah!!!!! Ich bin sehr zufrieden!!!!! (I am happy!!!! - did I mention I spoke a bit of German.)

Anywhoooo as I said life is good! On a side note tonight the Golden Globes are on and I'm not going to watch them because I couldn't give a flying fart about what the celebs are wearing, rather I will check out the websites to see who won what tomorrow. I would tell you the actors, directors and films that I'm hoping will win but I have no idea which films or who has even been nominated. I know I'm so behind the times. Oh well que sera, sera

What Are You A Cow?

Okay so I'm in the bank today waiting in an excruciatingly long line (there are only 2 tellers available to about 15 customers, odd but whatever) when all of a sudden I hear a sloppy wet chomp-chomp in my ear and the scent of spearmint begins to enlighten my nostrils. There is a lady standing behind me chewing her gum like a starving cow in my ear. Am I being too judgmental and critical? Like come on!!!!!!!!! If I wanted to experience (and I mean full on digital surround sound) sloppy wet chewing I would either chew my own gum with my mouth grossly ajar or just adopt my very own cow.

..... Okay kids am I just a mean person?

The Holidays Are Over Already! (Booo Hoooo)

So it’s Tuesday January 3, 2006 and it’s my first day back at work.
So funny!!!! My office was open yesterday and everyone was expected to be in for work, and everyone was in for work, ya everyone except me I thought because yesterday was a stat holiday our office was closed!!!!! LOL WHOOPSIES!!!!!! Whatever?!? Anywhoo….

I had a week off for the holidays and that week was amazing. I went to bed most nights after 3:00 am not worrying whether or not I would be able to get up the next morning. Most mornings I rolled out of bed at 2:00 in the afternoon. It was truly amazing. Now I’m at work and wishing I were still on my week break again. Work bites!!!! I think it only truly bites because it isn’t satisfying for me so I’m bored most of the day. It’s a pity that we don’t have the option of just staying at home and growing the money we need from trees in our back yards. How crazacular would that be???? Anywhoooo I realized that I have neglected Zamboola’s Joint for a number of days now so here are some updates:

Update #1: My New Years Eve was very quiet this year. There was no walking 100, 000 miles to get back to a hotel in a no drunken stupor or anything ridiculous like that. It was a nice quiet evening with family. At 12:00 I hugged and kissed the BF and felt happy because I was with all those I love. Then in true holiday spirit we drove from suburbia into the nether regions of the city and had a couple drinks to toast the New Year. So yep it was nice.

Update #2: My new Years resolutions are as follows:
- loose weight and eat more healthy
- drink more water and less alcohol
- take my vegetarianism more seriously - give back to my community by becoming more involved in my church's outreach program

I think that's it ...
